Scalloped Potatoes and Ham


An easy make comfort food that has been around forever. Done in the traditional style.
Serves 4

Ingredients:
4-6 medium Potatoes, peeled and sliced into thin circles
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cans (10 3/4 oz each) Cream of Mushroon soup
1/2 soup can water
1/2 lb ham, chopped into 1/2" cubes

Directions:
1. Combine the soup and water in a bowl and mix well.
2. Add the potates, onions and ham and mix.
3. Spoon into a 2 quart baking dish and bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.

Notes:
1. Campbells "Healthy request" Cream of Mushroom soup should be used by those on a low salt diet. This soup has 45% less sodium and is 98% fat free.
