Baked Parmesan Tomatoes


These zesty cheese topped tomatoes make an excellent and nutritious side dish.
Serves 1

Ingredients:
2 medium tomatoes, cut in half
2 tablespoons Italian dressing
4 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Place tomato halves in a baking dish, cut sides up.
3. Top each tomatoe half with a drizzle of the dressing and 1 tablespoon of the cheese.
4. Bake 15-20 minutes or until the tomatoes are soft and the cheese is lightly browned.

Notes:
1. Other dressings can be substituted to suit your taste. Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing is very tasty in this dish.
