I am a brownie snob. I find that most brownies are either too sweet and lack depth, or don’t have the chewy texture and density needed to make them satisfying. But when you bite into a really good brownie, it's a beautiful thing! Watch out! These are rich and completely addictive. Choose plain or with walnuts.
